Yes, Tom. Nice.

Looks pretty nice, but there are some small things you can clean up to make it REALLY nice.
The header is a bit sparse - it needs something to finish it. Can’t quite put my finger on it but it needs help.
The corners aren’t quite right - the curve is a bit sharp.
Now, this would make it very nice - sidebar and main content boxes want drop shadows. You’ve created a nice look with the inner shadow of the main container but now these two want drop shadows. I don’t think inner shadows would quite be as nice. It’s not too hard to do and would really add to the look of the site.
Now that I’ve crapped all over it I’ll add that its a nice improvement over the last iteration.

I’d say, the comment boxes are looking nice

Now, let’s address those ideas. The header IS sparse. I’d been trying to implement navigation in the header before release (for Home, Services, Portfolio, Resumé, Contact). I never could figure out anything that makes it look right without looking too busy, or just plan crappy. I’m now thinking some white little logos I’ll try out sometime soon.

The corners. Hm. They do seem a tad sharp. I may use a rounded box to replace them sometime soon.

Okay. Drop shadows for the content and menu. I’ve thought about it, and the only reason I haven’t done it is because I think they will clash too much with the inner shadows of the container. But, it’s a possibility, and it’ll be in the back of my mind.

Things will come. Like I said, this is a “soft launch,” so it’s not quite done yet. And again, thank you sooooo much for the input.

Oh, and I just noticed the tags on the content areas. That’s fun. Geek fun, but fun. Me like.

You’re mean, Joey. I do like the way the comments are set up, though. Especially with the little backwards “P” thing there. It’s cool in that commenty sort of way.
